There are several steps involved with any project that will assist us to work together to reach your desired outcome. This is generally referred to as our Scope Statement Outline, which is a 10 step process to insure your satisfaction with our products and services. While this process may seem obvious, it will give you more insight to how we work.

1 - Client Objectives and Business Needs:
What are your objectives and needs, and how will this project help achieve them?
This could be as simple as I need a logo, stationery and signs to establish and promote my new business.

2 - Assumptions:
What assumptions are being made for each of the deliverables
This insures that your project will meet your expectations, such as, our new website will display our products and services in a manner that is consistent with our current image.

3 - Final Project Deliverables:
What are the final project deliverables?
The finished product or service, websites, signs, printing etc., will be supplied ready for you to use.

4 - Interim Project Deliverables:
What are the major interim deliverables?
Design concepts, proofs, prototypes, and beta testing for web sites are just a few interim project deliverables.

5 - Specific Features or Functions of the Final Project Deliverables:
What specific features do you want or need from the project?
Our trade show display should be lightweight and portable, so our staff can set it up without assistance.

6 - Project Implementation Timeframes and Related Agreements:
What are the general timeframes preferred by you, and why?
We need our signs installed by this date because the grand opening is scheduled.

7 - Project Budget:
What has the client budgeted for this project? What flexibility is there in this budget?
How much do you want to spend and can the project be completed within this constraint?

8 - Your Performance Standards (Acceptance Criteria):
How will you measure success or acceptance of the final deliverables?
Our sales should increase 5%-10%

9 - Other Project Constraints/Issues:
What are the potential hold-ups or restrictions?
Will the township need to approve the permits, or do you require special delivery instructions?

10 - Process for Managing Requests for Change in Scope:
What if we need to change something?
Minor refinements and alterations are expected with most projects and can be communicated verbally. Change orders are required on substantial revisions or changes.
